It has a strong GDS (Global Distribution System) integration to achieve the entire quotation and booking process. The system allows the connection of the Customer Inventory Manager System and the accounting software, in order to evolve the process of Dynamic Packaging in creating tailor-made holidays, speeding up the comparison of providers and tariffs in order to reduce the time spent to produce a quotation/offer.
The application handles user hierarchies and division of labor into departments by setting permissions on each division. It integrates with the enterprise system to retrieve customer lists and business rules, allows the connection to all online providers that have an XML interface (ideally OTA Compliant) in order complete the booking process. It verify and automates the application of the commissions and mark-up, at every step it send all the information prior to the accounting system, to activate the standard processes already present.
